Committees
Helping our Jamaica Hills community remain a welcoming urban oasis for all.
Committees
Zoning
The Jamaica Hills Association Zoning Committee reviews neighborhood projects that seek zoning relief. The committee evaluates proposals before they are presented to the Board of the Association. It also helps neighbors, developers, and abutters understand the review process before the appeal for relief is presented to the City’s Zoning Board of Appeals. In our Jamaica Plain district, this involves the Neighborhood Development Overlay District (NDOD), the Mayor’s Office of Neighborhood Services, and the Jamaica Plain Neighborhood Council,
